“Looks amazing from downstairs. Its organised very badly. Ultra crowded lift with no aircon. Had to ask for host to translate to English. Dirty, smelly, crowded. Top ball has a tiny window only and mainly some cartoon caracters and shop. Wish I could get a full refubd as this was not worth the price !!!!!”
